Matrimonial and Family Law, Criminal Law, Evictions, Real Estate Leases & Sales/Purchases, Commercial Litigation.

DO YOU HANDLE MATTERS ON A CONTINGENCY?

No, I charge either a flat rate, or an hourly rate.

WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?

$250.00 per hour .  For certain high volume clients, the rates can be lower.  My hourly rate, for someone of my experience, is approximately $50-$150 less than my competition--per hour.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR HOUSE PURCHASE/SALE?

My minimum fee for a house sale is $1,000.00.  For clearing title objections and zoning work, if needed, I charge my hourly rate on top of the minimum fee.

For a house purchase, if I obtain the mortgage for you through my mortgage bank connections, I am compensated by the bank, and your legal fee is waived. (Full disclosure of fees of course).  If you get you the mortgage, I charge a minimum of $1,000.00 for a purchase--half with contract, half with closing.
